Overview

The Valley of Flowers is a beautiful and enchanting place in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district. It is an Indian national park known for its rich flora and fauna. It is 3352 to 3658 meters above sea level. The valley is accessible only between the months of June and October and the best time to visit the Valley of Flowers in Uttarakhand is between July and mid-August when it is in full bloom.

Itinerary
Day 1 : (Govindghat)Haridwar Railway Station -Govindghat

Meal :- Dinner Only

Meet at Haridwar Railway Station and get transferred to Govindghat by a vehicle. Making its way along Ganga and Alaknanda rivers, the drive is an engaging one. Cross holy towns of Rishikesh, Dev Prayag and Rudra Prayag. Reach the destination. Overnight will be spent in the homestay.

Day 2 : (Ghangria)Day 2 : Govindghat - Ghangria

Meals :- Breakfast & Dinner

It's early morning trek to Ghangaria.

Will cross forest area and villages and the sights of waterfall and beautiful verdant landscapes. After covering 11km in 4-5 hours, reach Ghangaria. If you wish, you can also hire a mule or use the helicopter service to reach Ghangaria.

Day 3 : (Ghangria)Ghangria - Valley of Flowers - Ghangria

Meals :- Breakfast & Dinner

This mild day, look forward to a short climb, moderate gradient and fetching landscapes. It will take you around 2 hours to reach the famous Valley of Flowers. Feast your eyes on vast meadows dotted with vibrant alpine flowers, many streams and lofty mountains.

Reach at the snowy Ratban Parvat Peak, on the left is Nar Parvat and on the right is the dense Birch Forest. Unravel the charms of the region over a good 3-4 hours. Head back to the camp at Ghangria.

Day 4 : (Ghangria)Ghangaria – Hemkund Sahib – Ghangaria

Meals :- Breakfast & Dinner

Ascend to Hemkund Sahib, a revered Sikh Shrine built next to the mesmerising lake over 3-4 hours. Expect steep climbs at some places. Once there, soak in the beauty of the place as sip on the piping hot tea served at the Gurudwara. Visit Laxman Mandir next to the Gurudwara. By noon, reach to Ghangria.

Overnight will be spent in the campsite.

Day 5 : (Govindghat)Ghangria –Govindghat

Meals :- Breakfast & Dinner

On this day, you will trek back to Govindghat. Plonked on the banks of holy Alaknanda and with Neelkanth Peak as the backdrop, this place of worship makes for a riveting destination especially for those into spirituality. In here are sulphur water pools and fresh air.

Later in the evening, you head to the lodge in Govindghat. Take a shower and dig into a delectable meal. Overnight will be spent in the lodge.

Day 6 : (Govindghat)Govindghat- Haridwar

Meals :- Breakfast

Have breakfast and drive down Haridwar.

• From 45 days to 30 days prior to the departure date: 25% of Package Cost

• From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date: 50% of Package Cost

• From 14 days to 7 days prior to the departure date: 75% of Package Cost

• 7 Days prior to departure date: Non-Refundable

• Retention may be charged on case-to-case basis.
